The fund invests in commercial property, land, housing, offices, shopping centres, hotels, logistics centres and other real estate approved by the Capital Markets Board, for capital growth, trading gains or rental income. As at 30 June 2026 about a fifth of its value is in land and most of the rest in investment funds, participation accounts and bonds. Offered to qualified investors since 9 September 2021, the fund moved to Asrem Portföy in 2026. It is open-ended.
