Depending on the nature of the relationship established with Asrem Portföy, the following may be processed;

• identity information,
• contact information,
• organisation information,
• the content of requests and messages,
• transaction security data,
• technical usage information.

Personal data may be processed for the purposes of receiving and concluding applications, conducting investor relations processes, carrying out communication activities, fulfilling legal and regulatory obligations, and ensuring information security.

Personal data processing activities are carried out on the legal grounds set out in the relevant articles of the KVKK.

Where explicit consent is required, the processing activity is conducted within the scope of the data subject’s explicit consent.

Provided that the conditions set out in the legislation are met, personal data may be shared with authorised public institutions, judicial authorities and service providers that support Asrem Portföy in conducting its activities.

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to;

• learn whether your personal data is being processed,
• request information if it has been processed,
• learn the purpose of processing,
• request the correction of incorrect or incomplete information,
• request erasure or destruction where the statutory conditions are met,

as well as the other rights defined in the applicable legislation.

You may submit your requests under the KVKK to Asrem Portföy by the methods prescribed in the applicable legislation.
