The fund will invest in commercial property, land, housing, offices, shopping centres, hotels, logistics centres, warehouses and other real estate approved by the Capital Markets Board, for capital growth, trading gains or rental income. The fund's prospectus was approved by the Capital Markets Board on 15 May 2026; its sales start date has not yet been announced. Units will be offered to qualified investors.
