The fund's strategy is to pay investors regular and growing dividends out of rental income from the Novada Urfa organised trade centre in Şanlıurfa. Specialist advisers are engaged to raise the rental yield of the properties and to add to their value. Offered to qualified investors since 17 March 2021, the fund moved to Asrem Portföy in 2026. It is open-ended.
