The fund aims for medium- to long-term capital growth by investing in strategic land across Türkiye, choosing plots expected to come up for development with advice on urban planning, cadastre and geological surveys. As at 30 June 2026 the portfolio is almost entirely land. Offered to qualified investors since 12 April 2021, the fund moved to Asrem Portföy in 2026. It is open-ended.
